"When I squirt the product out of the bottle, a glob of cream gets on my cotton ball. I have to separate my cotton into two pieces to spread the cream out. If you put the glob directly on your eye, beware as it will burn. If this came out of the bottle easier and did not burn, it would be better. The product does as it says, and removes makeup, but not in the most efficient way."

"This is the first eye makeup remover that actually takes my mascara completely off. I was considering switching the mascara that I love because it would never come off when I washed my face at night. "I just tried this for the first time last evening, and from the moment it touched my skin it irritated me, and then, my eyes itched and burned so I rubbed them-tried not to but couldn't help rubbing a bit, and must have continued in my sleep as I woke with swollen eyes...and I don't usually have problems with new products. Don't like the lotion quality, too messy and easier to get in eyes, obviously. "I used this when visiting a friend and I had forgotten my own makeup remover. This is amazing! It takes off all of my eyemake up with only one application. With my old eye makeup remover, I would get black rings from left-over mascara when I washed my face. However, with Avon's lotion this has never happened! Plus it doesn't feel greasy and instead lightly moisturizes. I also use it to take off some foundation before washing my face and it feels light and wonderful. I was considering purchasing a more expensive department store brand I have no reason to now! I bought two bottles, and am about to stock up on more!"

"I got this product from my mom, I am using Avon for over ten years and this was my only disappointment, it burns my eyes and it takes at least four cotton balls to take off my mascara :(. After I saw that cetyl alcohol and stearic acid are in ingredients, I wasn't surprised about burning anymore, I just don't feel like putting make up on when I know what is waiting for me later LOL."

"I don't usually wear thick makeup so I'm not sure how well it is at removing. It removes my mascara and occasionally eyeliner well enough. But I really hate the smell...it doesn't have fragrance, but it smells like fermented something...fermented rice wine or something...And it is oily. I can't use it on its own without washing my face with some foamy facial wash, it will be just too oily. But I guess that means it's not drying to the eyes. When I accidentally have some into my eyes, it doesn't sting but it blurs my vision and takes me a while to wash them out."
