"Love this lipliner, it's the only one I now purchase. I have only used the simply spice color. I would consider this a darker neutral. It works perfectly with all of my lipsticks (beiges, darker browns, and even some darker berry shades). Long wearing and the container itself lasts a long time."

"I have tried several, and I mean EVERY lipliner out there. This is the only lipliner that does not feather or fade on me and it will sustain a difficult 9 hour day. I put it on and then put a thin layer of pressed powder over it, then apply again. This ensures that it will not feather & gives great staying power! I then apply my lipstick as normal. It keeps well with mattes, sheers AND gloss. Believe me, when you buy this, you will NEVER go back to the deprtment store."

"For the price, you really can't do much better. The retractable applicator is awesome. Red Brick is a bit darker than I thought it would be, but otherwise no complaints. It goes on easily and seems to have pretty good staying power."

"I purchased the glimmerstick lip liner in Perfect Plum. The actual pencil was much lighter than the pictured shade both online and in the campaign books. The color is a little on the lighter side, as I prefer a darker rich color. The application and finish look great. I am just disappointed over the color."

"I'm not really a fan of lip liners but knew I needed to get one when my favorite lip color started to dribble. I got a color that was close to the lipstick and they blended perfectly. It didn't look like there were two different colors or actually a strange colored line around my lips when i applied this. Added bonus, it's retractable and I don't have to worry about poking myself and sharpening the tip!"

"I have tried many other brands of lip liners - cheap drugstore ones, high-priced "boutique" brands, and shop-at-home brands. The Avon Glimmersticks (brow liner, lip liner and eye liners) are absolutely the best. They go on smoothly, I love never having to use a separate sharpener, and the price is great. "Glimmersticks lip liner is a staple in my makeup kit. I keep one in my purse, one in my home makeup bag, one at work and one in a travel bag of faves when I head to Cape Cod on summer weekends.
Simply Spice is great for all the neutral lip colors. Mystery Mauve is great for pinks, mauves or simply too add a bit of color to the lip and slip on some Glazewear afterwards.
I find these apply easily and stay on for quite a long time, they do not feather and aren't waxy or greasy like some lip liners. I purchase them in 2s and 3s when they go on sale."

I have it in Mystery Mauve and, at first, I thought it was too light for my skin tone but I used it with Glazewear in Chic Mauve and Mark's Pop in color lip gloss in Pink Pop. WOW! "This is wonderful lip liner. The best I've ever used. The application is very smooth unlike some others I've tried. It just glides on your lips & blends well, too. It doesn't "tug" like other lip liners. The fact that it's self sharpening is a plus! I got the Mystery Mauve which goes well with brighter shades of lipstick/lipgloss. It was just a bit too dark for the light pink shades that I wear more of in the Spring & Summer. Please add lighter shades or maybe a clear; now that would be ideal!! I will be trying the Simply Spice next!"
