"Big Color Eye Pencil is FABULOUS!!! When the description said it was waterproof I was skeptical. I bought it before I went to Hawaii. I snorkelled for 4 hours, swam in the pool and showered (without washing my eye make-up off) just to test out the accuracy of it's claim. I was astounded that my make-up was COMPLETELY intact. I LOVE this stuff! Just PLEASE bring back the white and pink shades. Layered under powder is the best way to wear it."
