"I used this with my hair in a previous cut and was very happy with the results. Now its main use is as an excellent detangler for my daughters' hair. Being 5 and 2, they want their hair long, but hate brushing it out. A little of this, tames the fly aways on their fine hair as well as the knots and snarls."

"I really like this balm. I used a more expensive product from the salon but this one works so much better. I have fine wavey textured hair but a lot of it. My hair would frizz up and curl out of its style. This product smells great and is not greasy and my hair dries faster and it feels incredibly silky. It also got rid of the frizzies."

"Purchased this thinking that I would finally be able to run my hands through my newly straightened curly hair. Not as I had hoped. My hair is dry and my hair feels weighed down with product. I have used many straightening products and this is just another one that will go to the bin. Will go back to using organic oil to get straight, silky hair. Gave it three stars b/c the product is very silky and soft and may work beautifully on curly hair without the blowdry."

"I have been on a hunt to find a good hair product for my thick wavy/curly, many a times frizzy type of hair. So far I'm impressed with this one. I use this with a few serum drops and my hair feels soft, silky, and smooth. The only down-side is that if you let it naturally dry in your hair instead of blow-dry, it leaves a residue, crunchy type of feeling to your hair, kinda works like a mousse in that way. Otherwise, so far I'm happy with it."

"I purchased two tubes a week or so ago and the product arrived last Thursday. May hair is relaxed with about 1.5 of new growth that is tight coiled and the relaxed hair still gets fizzy.
When I first used the product I wet set my hair in twists. When I took the twists my hair came out soft and silky to the touchwith a nice sheen to it. It also held my curls well and loosened my tight coiled roots. The next day I decided to go straight.
So I applied a little bit of the balm to my roots and ends for extra protection. The flat iron just glided through my hair and my hair came out even straighter than it does after it is newly relaxed! It did not weigh my hair down and I still had the softness and silkiness I had with the wet set.
Even after I worked up a sweat and took a shower my roots went curly but not tight (I expected this) however my ends did not frizz. This product is truly amazing."

"I have really thick wavy hair plus I dye it and use a flat iron regularly so it can get very dry/damaged. When I use the smoothing balm and let my hair air dry, it really defines the waves so I'm not left with a fluffy poofball. When I flat iron it, my hair is left very silky, smooth, and shiny. This stuff really makes a difference!"

"This stuff really works at taming flyaways and frizzies. It doesn't hold your hair down and won't make your hair look greasy or like it has a lot of product in it either. Another thing I really like about this line is all the products smell alike, so your hair doesn't smell like a bunch of different products if you want to use more than one thing. I like to use the Hair Mask once a week, and sometimes use the Volumizing Mousse and all 3 products smell the exact same. Sometimes it's hard to find that even with shampoo and conditioner!"

"!I have been using this product for over a year now. I am a Black American with the strangest hair. I cannot use any 'black hair care products' w/o them drying out my hair and/or stripping my perm. "I absolutely love this and will buy it again and again. My hair has always been straight, but for the past few years my hair all of a sudden started getting frizzy. I tried everything that was out there and nothing helped my hair for more than couple of hours. "By far, the best hair treatment ever invented!!
I am totally addicted to this balm. It has kept my hair so shiny and healthy, and smooth. "I really like this straightening balm! It makes my hair silky, frizz-free, and my hair is ALMOST completely straight! I have stubborn ends that like to flair out. There are days when I enhanced my flairage but ther's other days that I try to get my hair straight as an arrow; and this product is the closest yet to getting my hair that way.
