"I've only used this product a few times, but it doesn't seem to have lightened a hyperpigmented acne scar at all. By contrast, other products that were effective have made a noticeable improvement early on."

"At first I was hesitated on purchasing Avons Banishing Cream, my fear was spending lots of $$$ until I came across this product. As a dedicated shopper I did my homework, I reviewed all the Avon customers feedback & I came across a ladies comment about how well this cream improved her discoloration of her freckles. Even though I wear SPF in my makeup and facial creams it seems the sun still bothers my face & my freckles come out more & I can't in the love of me get rid of my discolorations, specially the freckles. Now I been using this cream for about 2 weeks what a huge impact it has resolved my issue. My face is less noticeable w/ freckles, my skin feels & looks flawless & I have more of a beautiful brighter complexion. I use this in the AM/ & PM after washing my face. I also have been using this cream on my upper back/shoulders due to Sun damage & to many discolorations of freckles. This product is #1 on top of my list!"

"Well, the price seemed decent so I decided to give this little buddy a shot. When first applying I used a small amount as to avoid getting the gross greasy feeling. I don't normally use moisturizer for fear of it giving my sensitive skin pimples. Well, this did just that. After about 4 days of 1x use daily small little pimples started popping up around my nose. I discontinued the use for fear of more pimples. I can say, however, that this product did seem to make my skin feel plump and smooth. I feel like maybe if my skin wasn't so sensitive this could have been a great product to help clear some redness from acne scars. If you don't have super sensitive skin like me I'd say give it a shot. However, If things such as makeup and sunscreen give you pimples i'd say pass. Hope this helps!"

"While this product did not clog my pores or cause any problems, exactly, it didn't do what it advertised it would, either. I don't expect miracles, but this cream did nothing for my dark spots at all, nor was it even "nourishing" as claimed. I only spent a few dollars on it, so no big deal, but it really isn't even worth the price of the container."
