"I love this. I turned 50 this year and was really noticing my skin getting old with me. I bought this along with the ultimate night cream and within a couple weeks I could tell a difference. My skin is starting to glow again. The dark spots left from acne are starting to fade. I wish I took before pics to share. Today a co-worker asked if I was wearing a new foundation and I laughed because I wasn't wearing foundation! For those who really complain about the smell, they must be very sensitive to smells. I do not find that it bothers me,
Great product. I read I will have to pry open the jar to get product from the bottom of the jar, which I will do....but I hope avon changes the packaging from all the reviews I have read."

"Did not notice a recognizable difference whatsoever. This products smells horrid. All joking aside, it smells like a backside. As other posters mentioned, the packaging is pretty to look at but isn't very practical. I was unable to notice if there was any product left in the bottle once it could not longer be pumped. Neither my husband nor I could open it short of killing it with a hammer so we didn't bother. I will not be purchasing again."

"Good product, but who designed the packaging? Too much of the product is left inside and you can't get to it! The price is too high to have to throw it away before it's gone. I would not buy it again because of this, or the new elixer. I usually love Anew. Very disappointing."

"I am an avid Avon-product-user and include this one as part of my nightly ritual. I haven't switched to the Premium yet because I have stocked up on this one and want to use it up before I buy a new one. It takes 3 pumps to satisfactorily cover my entire face and neck and I only use it at night, but, still, i go thru about one a month at least. With all the other products it makes my skin soft and radiant. I have had great results with the entire Ultimate line"

"I started useing this product in hopes to reduce the "deep-in-thought winkel/line" I have between my eyes, it has been getting more noticable (to me!) along with other lines and wrinkles around my mouth. WithIn 3 days my skin felt firmer and I could see a difference and with in three weeks the 'deep ine' was not as deep as it was before and I could hardly notice it! I would highly recommend this!!"

"I waited 8 weeks to write this review because the anti-aging cream that I used before fell short. I wanted to make sure that this product works. Well I can tell you that I am amazed at how well this product works. My skin is looking better and better each day. "The package is beautiful and looks like it could hold a fair amount of product. There is, in fact, not that much...I expected the product to last much longer and I used it morning and evening as directed. I can not recommend the pump packaging...will buy products where the amount is apparent when you open the product's container."

"I began noticing really dry, fine lines around my eyes and cheeks recently and was looking for something to get rid of the beginning fine lines of aging. I decided to try this elixir, because of the price and previous reviews. This stuff completely got rid of those fine lines. I can't even see them anymore. It hydrates the skin, without making it seem oily. I use thi s w/ the contouring eyes system (also AMAZING)! I didn't have high expectations, but this elixir definitely performed!
There are a few downsides to this product though, one is the packaging. I can't see how much or how little I have. Two, the smell is not pleasant at all. Three, if this is meant to be applied during the day and night, there should be some type of built in SPF coverage in the formula. Even the new one doesn't have it. Overall though, great product for the price."

"I had to write about this product. I am 72 years old and such a fan of Avon and have used Anew Ultimute for a long time. I never felt I needed to spend too much on a product, but when this one went on sale I decided to give it a try. After one month the results are astounding! My skin is so smooth, soft and bright. I think I am using less day and night cream because of the smoothness. Everyone should try this."

"Love this product! Love this product line! All fall and early winter my sensitive skin had looked tired, the fine lines and expression lines were getting more noticable, and it was so dry it hurt. In January I started using the Anew Ultimate line and have seen marked improvement. The glow is back, my face doesn't hurt anymore, and my expression lines are softening. I have extremely sensitive combination skin that can be dry and breaking out at the same time. I've actually seen a reduction in breakouts with these products. Keep up the great work Avon!"

"I am in love with this product. After reading all the reviews and procrastinating on getting this, I bit the bullet and bought it! I am so happy I did. I was in limbo from product to product and I am starting to see fine lines on my face and with all the products out there it is SO confusing!! I can tell you that within the FIRST day of using this, my skin felt so silky and smoothe I thought this is too good to be true after 2 days it looked as if I was having facials everyday, the texture and appearance of my skin was so different! I would have that tired, grey skin at the end of the day (hey Im a busy mom of 2) but I can seriously honestly say that it looks as if my skin is plump and firm and glowing by the end of the day. Its been one week since Ive used this and my skin just feels like a baby's bottom! Im starting to see some difference in the lines I have, again Im at the early stages of aging but i have full belief in this product. I never thought I would have firm glowy skin from using a product, it has changed the dimensions of my skin. I highly recommend getting this! Im glad I got off the fence and will continue to buy this..only one downside though. The smell. Not so great! But I got used to it and its worth it."

"The contents in this package work nicely - the texture and effectivness can't be argued. However the top heavy bottly means it falls over and on mine the plastic top of the dispenser broke when this happened. I stopped using the product because it smells so bad. When I would get into bed at night after applying it my husband wanted to know what the stink was and found it very unappealing - as did I. So, to use the bottle up I only applied it in the morning. When they reformulate the scent I will consider purchasing again."

"I read the reviews online and decided to purchase this. I am 57 and have been using a very expenisve product with those "polypeptides" which thicken and smooth out my skin. But this did nothing for texture, tone and glowing. I thought I had to spend the "three figures" to get some decent antiaging until I found Avon's Ultimate Age Repair Elixir. At the first application I felt smoothness and it absorbed deeply into my skin. The next two mornings, after looking into a lighted magnifying mirror, I really saw a difference! Lines around my eyes, forehead, mouth, jowls are smoother. I cannot even describe the soft, firm, velvety texture, it is better than this! In just a few days! I can't wait for a week and a month! You only need a tiny amount, and I have been applying a small drop along with other Anew Moisturizers night and day. I am truly seeing a difference and love the fact my skin isn't oily under makeup or first thing in the morning which the more expensive antii-aging products I bought before did. I find this product truely phenomenal!"
