"I use this alone under my makeup. I have trouble with my skin in the t-zone, so I don't use heavy creams except at night. This one is really nice, light and absorbs right in. Gives a smooth suface to work on to apply your makeup. My face felt firmer within just a few days of use. Will buy again."

"I purchased this product because I was noticing a more pronouced and wrinkled jowl line and I wanted to try this product to see if it would firm up my skin in this area. I used an entire bottle hoping for the wonderful result listed by many of the reviewers of this product, but I did not see enough results to want to continue using this product. In my case, I am going to move on and try a different product in hopes of seeing the skin firming result I am looking for."

"I have had wonderful results with several of the Anew Clinical products, I just wrote a glowing review for the Retexturizing Peel, but I'm sorry to say I was disappointed in this one. I didn't really notice anything in the way of lifting, firming or tightening my skin. It felt good, and there seemed to be some minor improvements, but I think it was more from the peel than this one. Or it could have been from the Anew Alternative products, which I also love, but I saw no real difference after I finished using the container of the Thermafirm. I also think Avon could come up with a better name for the product, as this one is misleading. Therma implies some sort of heat, and there was nothing like that in this product. I'll keep using many other products, but I'll pass on buying this one again."

"The first time I used this product my skin felt like it was on fire and my eye lids were all swollen. Thinking it was the soap I was using I stopped using both. I tried it again last week and now know it was the cream. Three days later my face is still a mess with break outs and dryness. I'm 61 and haven't had breakouts like this since I was a teen."

"I used this product and I broke out and my face was really itchy. I thought it was something else, but when I discontinued using it, my face cleared up. I don't know if I would recommend this product, but I know I can't use it any more. Some people react differently to products so I can't condemn this one."

"I started getting jowls and really noticed them when I would ride my motorcycle, I could actually feel my skin, well...flapping in the wind! I'm on my second bottle and my jowls are above my chin, where they belong and I no longer feel my skin "flapping"! ! I've used many products, some that were a lot more expensive and didn't experience the results I have with Anew Thermafirm. As long as they make it, I'll be using it!"

"It's tough to be in this in-between stage, with the occasional breakout but also some fine lines. I bought this product and think it's good but too much on my face for the summer. Instead I'm using it on my neck and throat, where it's doing a great job. Could be better if it had SPF - if that's even possible with the formulation."

"I've been using this for a couple of weeks and my skin is softer and smoother. I use the thermal cleanser before, put this on and wait a few minutes while I brush my teeth. Then I apply Anew Force Extra night cream. I'm only using this at night right now. My skin breaks out easily and I'm worried about too much on my skin if I use it in the morning - cream, moisturizer, liquid foundation, face powder, then blush. I may try using it 2x a day and see what happens. I love the scent and the way it absorbs very quickly"

"I bought the thermafirm along with the deep crease concentrate 2 months ago, and I have been a bit disappointed with the results. I initially only used them on one side of my face to see if I would notice a difference, but I haven't. Now, I do like these 2 products and I especially like the smell of the Thermafirm, but as far as results or improvement of any kind, there hasn't been any. I have also started using the Dermaful serum, but after a month of using that with the other products, I still haven't seen any difference."
