"I was excited to try this after reading all the great reviews. I used it 3 times and didn't see much of a difference. Also, like the other reviewer stated i wasnt sure if i was to rinse it off or not so i left it on all day and talk about unpleasant taste. Even after eating 2ce and having ice cream the taste just wouldnt go. There wasnt much sensivity though. This is the first time i have tried to whiten my teeth so can't compare it to anything else. I dont have any major stains but my teeth are somewhat yellowish. I was hoping for at least 1-2 shades whiter."

"I just have a question regarding the Advance tooth whitening system product. All reviews I read were great, but my product came without clear directions to use the whitner. My question is:do you leave it on after you aply it on your teeth, or do you have to rinse it off."
