"I order this necklace in silvertone and when I received it in the mail, it was missing a rhinestone. I checked in the box it came in and the box it was shipped to me in, but could not find it. However, I did email Avon to let them know and they refunded me my money back and told me to just throw the necklace out. They were very nice about it. But it is a very pretty necklace just not well made."
