"I love this cleanser. I have super oily skin that gets really dry and flaky in spots in the winter, so I have tried pretty much every drugstore cleanser and lotion there is without much success. Then, I tried this. And it is amazing. It smells beautiful, evens out and mattifies my skin for hours, takes off every ounce of makeup at night, and doesn't dry out my skin further in the winter. I used this for several months then ran out and was too busy/lazy to get more, and my skin went from looking great to looking like an oil slick and breaking out in no time! I finally got around to ordering more and can't wait for it to arrive!"

lovely soft cleanser

"PLANET SPA Palm Desert Rose Clay Facial Cleanser

After reading all the great review here I decided to give this cleanser a try, it wasn't as "rose" scented as I thought it would be but it is pleasant none the less.
It does make a wonderful soft lather and does clean quite well leaving skin soft and refreshed. The addition of clay helps to remove surface oil better and makes skin look more matte which is a plus for us oily/combo skin girls.
For the price, the size of the tube is small but on the other hand you really do only need a small amount to achieve a rich lather. I use it on a facial pouff and they do a good job together. I'm not sure if I'll repurchase, I want to use it longer to know if I am totally in love with it."

"I have sensitive skin--in fact I have rosacea--and I know right away if a product is too harsh, and this product left my face clean with no redness. It also leaves your skin matte, with none of the shine that usually comes with "squeaky clean" skin. A little goes a looong way, which is unexpected for a cleanser with 2 types of clay in it. It does have a rose scent, which doesn't bother me, but it is something that you should know before you buy it if fragrance is a deal-breaker.

Definitely try this if you are searching for a mattify-ing cleanser that doesn't dry out your skin."
