"I am so surprised by the negative reviews. I wasn't expecting to like this product, but it worked wonders on my dry, cracked heals. I've been working on them for months with other avon products and this did more in one use than the others have in months. I used it in the shower, so it was not messy for me. It is different than most files. I was a little unsure at first as the pumice started to disappear, but then when I saw the results on my feet, I immediately ordered more product. I would totally recommend this file."

"The style of this pumice file is great, but the quality is not up to par. On the file side of this, the layer coated with the grit is peeling off, after one use. I hung it in my shower for one night and it started peeling. For the price of this product you can easily find better devices in your local drugstore for the same price or even cheaper. Don't bother with this one."

"While the blue file side doesn't work & starts peeling off once you use it in the shower, the "pumice" side does a good job of taking off dry skin."

"My mom ordered this file from me. I am a new Avon rep, so I was excited to get it to her. It was awful. The one side wore off and the pink side was messy and fell all over as it fell apart after 2-3 uses. I told her to give it back to me and we will get her something better. Terrible quality."
