"I bought this facewash on a whim, after reading a few reviews that said it helped people with their acne. (I'm 26 and about 6 months ago started breaking out constantly.) I've tried practically everything in the drugstore, but this actually keeps me from breaking out! It doesn't heat up for very long and has a slightly odd texture, but makes my skin soft and smooth."

"Well almost never, honestly. I have been using this product for over a month now and I love it. I rarely get a pimple and if I do, it's usually because I skipped using this product for a day (trying to use up old stuff). My pores are way smaller than they used to be, especially on my nose, and my skin is nice and smooth. I don't think it has done anything to help with the freckles/sun spots, but maybe that comes over a longer period of use."

"I loved the Completely Clean Thermal Cleanser, but I am very disappointed in this product. After using it for several weeks now, my entire face is flaking and blotchy. The thermal effect is very very brief, but actually too warm while it lasts. The product takes forever to rinse off. Also too gritty to use around the eye area. Absolutely won't buy again."

"Honestly, I didn't read the information on the cleanser before I bought it, so I had NO idea it heated up. I used it the day after it arrived, and OH MY GOSH! It changed my life! I will never go back to another face wash. The warmth of it is delightful, and it really feels like it's getting deep down into my pores to get the yucky stuff out!"

"This face cleanser is really unique! I've been using it since the "old" packaging, and it broke my heart when I thought the product was discontinued. False alarm-thank goodness!!
I love how the cleanser gets really warm and seemingly "melts" away dirt and anything clogging my pores. My skin looks rejuvinated even before I put on my face cream or make-up. It's like getting a facial every day!
I find this product works great for under the chin, neck, and top of chest, too."

"I love this cleanser! It has kind of a citrus smell, which is super refreshing, and I love the self-heating aspect. I feel like I've gotten a facial each time I use it. My husband disagrees, however. He does not like how it doesn't lather and ended up washing it off as soon as it touched his skin. I'm the complete opposite, I find it invigorating and I love how it cleanses. I actually look forward to washing my face each night just so I can use it again. The one tiny complaint I have tho, is that it doesn't wash off super easily. It takes a bit of extra rinsing to get it all off and I still find some residue, even after I think I had gotten it all. My face always feels super refreshed after so that definitely won't stop me from using this product."

"The Solutions Cream Cleanser was the best product, in my opinion, Avon and/or any market brand ever made! It was moisturizing, had no smell (scent), gentle and removed even waterproof mascara without burning your eyes! Every person (young and mature) that I referred the product to also loved it and said they also can not find any product on the market that compares. Please please please please please bring it back!!!!!!! Any representatives that have some still in their stock please contact me. I will buy all I can get my hands on."

"For months, I waited and finally ordered 3 of this thermal cleanser when it was on sale. I have now finished all 3 tubes and am disappointed with the product. I was anticipating the thermal effect; it only lasts for about 5 seconds and then it's just like any abrasive cleanser. It's OK, but the thermal effect was what I wanted and I thought it would last through the face wash. I won't purchase again."

"Wonderful cleanser! The heat feels so refreshing and it has just the right amount of "scrubbing micro beads" in it to gently cleanse but yet doesn't dry out my skin like most cleansers like this do. Really helps keep my skin clear and pores down to a minimum. I use it about 2 times a week and think it's worth every penny!"

"This is the best facial cleanser I have ever used. I get under the skin acne along my jaw line - this cleaner keeps it to a minimum. "I've been using this cleanser for about two months. I recently tried another product that was a lot more expensive, and actually tested it against the Solutions Plus and the more expensive cleanser has too much scent and does not feel like it cleans as well! "as far as warming scrubs go, this one is good. I love the way my skin looks and feels after using.

"I would have to agree w/ all the other reviews I read...This is one of the best face cleansers I have tried in a LONG time!!! It makes ur face feel so smooth and the heat activation is a plus in the am to wake you up! The only thing I found is that the heat activation should last a little bit longer(as I read in another review)-I found that if you work it into ur skin extremely "gently" as the bottle indicates the heat activation does last a little bit longer-not much though. Other then that this product is great and I hope it stays on Avon's shelf for a long time..."

"WOW!! I read reviews all the time where people say i've found the perfect this and perfect that.. and it would never work for me. But now its my turn to say i've found my perfect cleanser. I put this on my face and i say to myself "oooh yeah!". It makes my face feel exceptionally smooth and dare i say baby soft. Great exfoliator, reduces pores, thoroughly cleanses. Truely does what it says. I was previously using the anew 2 in 1 cleanser and i'm throwing what i have left out (2 bottles). Thanks avon .. Muah! Please NEVER discontionue."
