"Overall, I like these cleansers, however, I won't order again. The reason is that the bottles, though a good concept, make it difficult to get the product out, when the product gets lower. You have to squeeze the whole bottle to try to get out one side, and for me, this takes two hands. It would be much better if they came with individual pumps. Anyway, the cleansers are not remarkable enough for me to put up with this inconvenience."

"I adore this cleanser combo - but it's also important that you follow it with either the accompanying am/pm creams or your favorite face lotion as washing your face twice a day with *any* cleanser is going to dry your skin out. I use this with the am/pm cream and I just love the results. I tried some samples Avon sent while I was home for a week in dry Colorado because I couldn't use my normal acne creams (they dried my face too much). I was so afraid that I would break out since I couldn't use my prescription meds but to my surprise my complexion stayed clear! It seemed to even out my skin tone in general as well, which was a definite bonus because I'm pretty pale otherwise. I've since ordered the full size and it continues to work beautifully. I definitely prefer it to other face washes or to using an astringent."

"After only a few days of using product it started to really dry out my skin. I have always used cleansers recomended for "normal to combo" skn but this product really dried my face out. Under my eyes were dry and tight and around my nose was sore and red. I used it for 2 weeks thinking my skin needed to adjust but it just got worse. Maybe my skin was just too sensitive."

"I bought the whole Radiance skin care line. After about a week the area from under my nose and around my mouth were red, raw, flakey, itchy and dry. It almost reminded me of a facial chemical burn I received from another product (NOT Avon). My skin must be overly sensitive in that area, otherwise I would still be using these products. They smelled great and left my skin soft. Still hope to find the right products, unfortunately this wasn't it."

"After reading all the reviews I decided to purchase this cleanser.... well I wish I didn't. After 2 days of using this product (sparingly) it has completely stripped my beautiful skin and dried it out.... I do not have sensitive skin but after using this product I do now... "This product is wonderful! I have been searching for a cleanser to help with my excessively oily skin (due to a medication), which has a few very dry patches in the middle. Everything I've tried either dried my face out too much, or left a greasy feel behind.
But this product is the answer! After one wash, my face felt CLEAN for the first time in a long time. After about a week, my complexion cleared and I was no longer using oil sheets a dozen times a day. Both cleansers clean my skin but don't dry it out, leave it feeling fresh and soft. Perfect!
Great product for me! I even convinced my fiance to try it, and it's cleared up his face as well! I'll definately be trying the moisturizers next :)"

"This is a great day/night cleanser. It is so gentle, no burning, and absolutely removes all your makeup, mascara, like magic. I used the evening cleanser for 2 nights, then decided to try the day cleanser. I don't always use a cleanser in the morning. I usually just rinse my face, and then apply moisturizer and eye cream or gel. The day cleanser was so gentle, not drying at all. I would use this all the time..but I am such a fan of the Clay Rose Cleanser..I will use both on and off. Another Avon winner!"

"I love love love avon products but this one broke me out, dried up my skin, and even made my skin oiler than it has been in a really long time. I wish you hadn't discontinued the solutions true porefection cleansing face line it worked so great on my oily in the summer but dry in the winter face. "Before I wrote a review about Solutions a.m./p.m. Total Radiance Refreshing Day Cleanser and Makeup Removing Night Cleanser I wanted to use it for a while before making my comment. As I have combo skin, this cleanser was great on the more normal areas but it did feel like it left behind oily residue in my T-zone area. Both the AM and PM cleanser is gentle with a clean scent; they lather nicely and clean well but I find that the PM tends to need more rinsing, maybe it's just me ? All in all, this is a good basic gentle everyday / night cleanser and the dual bottle design is a good idea. Just wish Avon would make a cap to fit over the top as I took this away with me last weekend and the PM side opened and messed up the inside of my bag :("

"I read the reviews of this before purchasing, but decided to try it, knowing Avon's great return policy, if I didn't like it. Well, I'm back online today, to return it. I wouldn't say I have particularly sensitive skin, but this product is VERY drying. My skin is dry, flaky, and my lips feel like they are very chapped. I stopped using it, and am hoping my skin will recover quickly. Not Avon's best cleanser."

"I wear the waterproof washable mascara and the the PM solution doesn't removed it at all. I purchased this new product because of all the 5 star reports. I'm very disappointed since I could get the same results by using plain soap and water. What happened to the green stuff in the green tube I was using with more product and a lower price per ounce? "I thought this cleanser was a bit too strong for my skin. It really cleans well, but my face was burning after I washed it and there were red blotches. It happened on both the AM & PM washings. I really like the concept of this and the sunshine smell is fantastic, but I couldn't deal with the burning everyday. I will return this along with the face creams that burn my skin as well."
