"I bought these shoes several months ago, and I love to wear them on my daily walks. I noticed a difference the very first time, and it did take several minutes to get used to them, but now I can't wait to put them on. I've always disliked my calves, but I can see a big difference since using these shoes and I like what I see more than ever before. I do feel that the shoe is lacking in arch support, so I had to add extra support myself to make them more comfortable for me, so I knocked off one star.
I had no problem with the sizing, so I'm not sure why others mention it in their reviews. I do wish they had them in black as I would love to have a pair in that color as well. I'm going to wait a little longer to see if Avon comes out with another color before I buy a second pair, but another pair is in my future."

"I wasn't sure about the hype these types of exercise shoes were getting, but at the price offered by Avon, I was willing to give them a try. I am so glad I did. They are incredibly comfortable for both casual daily wear and for exercise (I wear them on a treadmill). I am waiting not so patiently for them to come out in black. Please Avon, bring them out in black!"

"I have never bought a pair of sneakers that I could actually wear 24-7. They are so comfortable.
I have heel spurs which cause a lot of pain. I have no pain. I'm really amazed. Just remember they run a larger size, so order a 1/2 size smaller. Great product."

"I love these shoes! I could feel the difference and my muscles knew it too the next day!! I have worn them on a couple of occasions where I had to stand for long periods of time and my feet didn't hurt at the end of it!! I would recommend these to everyone. I did have to order a size 7 when I normally wear an 8 to 8 1/2 though! I'm going to get a second pair!!"

"These are good wearing shoes and fun to wear.
They are hard to get use too; but as long as I walk they don't slip up and down on my heel. I seem to walk on the middle part of the shoe. I don't get the rocking motion unless standing still.
I don't bend my foot or roll my foot when walking. Maybe I don't have the jest yet. I do like them and they challenge me when running. I run on my toes. They are funny looking and get the conversation from others."

"I have suffered with heel spurs for a long time. When I wear these shoes, I feel no pain in my heels. These shoes force you to balance your weight differently. More on the arch and ball of your feet rather than the heel. With regular flat shoes, I would have tremendous calf pain as well. Not with these shoes! I absolutely love them. I found a pair of men's for my husband at a department store. He has weak ankles, and they turn out. He also has heel pain. He is now pain free in his heels, and his ankles are no longer turning out. He feels more stable due to better posture with the shoes. Whomever came up with this design, KUDOS TO YOU!! I LOVE THESE SHOES!!"

"These shoes are amazing. After reading all the other user reviews I decided to give them a try. I just had a baby and have had issues with my feet while walking - one day of wearing these shoes and already they feel so much better! I HIGHLY reccommend these shoes if you are an avid walker, or have trouble with your feet. I loved them so much I also bought the sandals and cant wait to receive them. I dont think I will ever wear another walking shoe, these are by far the best I have ever had."

"I had received these today and walk everywhere in them. I also have the sandals in blue and purple which I had ordered previously. I switch with outfits. I only wish they had them in more colors and styles. I've really noticed a big difference in my feet . My Dr prescribed me a walking boot don't wear it anymore because of these Curves. I'm also ordering a second pair of the sneakers in case I wear these out. Hope Avon keeps on caring them. Excellent Sneaker and sandals. My Pain Care Dr was the one who told me about the rocker shoes but the ones that are much higher.I had told him about Curves making these for Avon and when I went and showed him these he was so impressed how well made they are and now is recommending these to his other patients."

"Overall, they are very comfortable!! I wore them around my home to get used to the "rocking" motion, and pretty instantly noticed my calves were more shapely!!!
I just wish they did say that these sneakers run a little big. I had to return them because they kept sliding off the back of my heel even though I tied it as tight as it would go. Because the laces were tied so tight, I had a red mark on the top of my feet due to friction. And yet they still slipped.
Above all, the price cannot be beat, and I'm going to get another one in the right size!!"

"The fist day I wore them, It took a few minutes to get used to them. I walked all over a Zoo for 3 hrs. I was tired, I felt muscles I hadn't in a while. But, my feet felt great...My only complain is the blue stripe is pealing off, like old nail polish. They are a little unordinary to style. I work at a grammar school K- through 8 and my appearance is important... I can't enjoy these snickers at work. They look cheap with the paint peeling off... :( perhaps if the heel were just white."

"I bought last year's shoes, but other than color (these are nicer!) I think these are the same. I haven't noticed any difference in my legs after a full week. I have noticed that my feet are uncomfortable, though, and I will need to add some sort of insole or arch support. I can't imagine that my leg muscles are toned enough that I wouldn't notice anything!"

"I decided to try these sneakers after seeing another brand at three times the cost. First I'd considered that brand that just has the lower heel (they were a big name in the 70s) to help alleviate lower back pain. Then I'd heard about "rocking" sneakers. I chose these after reading the reviews.
Although I just got them, they feel incredibly good. The rocking motion is interesting, but I'm sure it will take not time to get used to. The one thing I would recommend is ordering them a size smaller than you normally wear. I wear a 10, but opted to try them in a 9-1/2. As I walk, I feel them sliding up and down on the back of my heel, and as they stretch it will get looser.
If you are afraid to order them a full size smaller, try 1/2 size."
