"The tin was quite difficult to open. I nearly broke a nail trying. The balm inside seems to be good, it doesn't leave my fingers greasy; however, I have only used it 3 times and it is too soon to know if it will actually help my cuticles."

"I usually like Avon products but this I hate! Very hard to open especially if you have thinner nails like me. I felt the product just stayed on top of my cuticles, did not absorb. Maybe I got an old container because mine has a horrible smell. Will never purchase again!"

"The product isn't totally bad, HOWEVER, it is NOTHING like the old cuticle cream in the tube (the same tube as the cuticle remover). That product was FANTASTIC and I cannot imagine why it was discontinued (with NO forewarning). And YES, the tin is ridiculous. VERY hard to open and not as easy to transport -- the tube is more sleek and soft. PLEASE PLEASE bring back the old cuticle cream!!! I use it religiously! This one is much harder to apply and just doesn't cut it."

"This is the first time using this product and I highly recommend it. Only one problem........VERY HARD to open up. I bought it about two months ago, so maybe the packaging has changed - if not - something that should be looked into! Now, if I can get my nails to grow and stop splitting, I'd be happy! "I LOVE this cuticle balm. It made my cuticles look soft and healthy after one use! I did not have trouble opening it like some of the other people, but maybe they already changed the package due to the feedback. Love it! Will buy again! When it goes on sale again I will stock up!"

"The lavender is the more obvious of the aromas, and the citrus is very hard to detect. It's very calming and the consistency is very similar to a popular natural lemon cuticle balm that I also use. The tin may take some getting used to if you haven't tried the other popular brand, but you don't need to use your nails- place it in your palm and twist it around with your other hand. It's not that difficult..."

"I get a manicure every week because I have a ton of dry, rough cuticles- can't even push them back...This product is GREAT! I massage in every night(just a little goes a long way). I have been usibng less than 2 weeks and have not gone for a manicure and don't even look like I need one(except for a polish change) I highly recommend. The tin is a little hard to get in- that packaging design should be changed...."

"this is a great cuticle balm if you have really dry cuticles. It adds much needed moisture to fix that dry look they tend to have. it doesn't have a super oily feel, although it does have a little bit of a residue to it. I didn't find the tin quite as difficult to open as i had read it would be, although i don't have any nails, if you have nails, i can see how it might be difficult. Overall, it's a good quick fix, but i'd still recommend regular care of your nails to be the best fix for dry cuticles."

"I have been searching for a good cuticle cream since the one in the tube was discontinued. This is great, the fragrance is nice but not overpowering. The best thing is the creamy consistency, easy to apply. I have been using it for about 3 days and it has made all the difference in the condition of my cuticles already. I haven't had as much trouble opening the tin as some of the reviewers indicate, but would be easier if the bottom part of the tin was a bit taller...would be easier to grip the bottom part."

"I love it!!! I just got it and put it on. The cap wasn't a problem. You just have to be gentle with it. The smell is a little to fruity funny for me but who cares I'm not smelling my nails. It feels incredible. I always have issues around my nails and this is already making them feel moisturized and lovely."
