"I ordered one of these quads - the textured teal - after reading the rave reviews. I was so excited that when my order arrived, I didn't understand why everything seemed so dusty. Seems the quad was broken and one of the shadows leaked all over. Called and ordered a replacement, but the same thing happened with the 2nd. Extremely disappointed and asked for a refund."

"Purple haze is definitely a must try for purple lovers! I really wanted to try a purple shadow, and this really delivers. Just one swip will do the job for a day look. for a night look, you might want to turn up the volume a little and use a little more. i like the black in the quad as well, i will use it to create a smokey eye effect when i go out at ngiht. there are countless ways to use it!"
"I bought this in Romantic Mauves and Tahitian Turquoise. Some of the shades are better on me than others, but I still really like them. You can tell which ones are my faves because they're half gone by now. I would like to try several other shades too. I'm young enough that I can pull off a shimmery eyeshadow without it making me look older (bet most of you mature ladies didn't know that shimmery eyeshadows make eyes look older if there's any wrinkling going on in that area), so I usually go for the shimmery ones because I can pull them off. Like the deepest shade in the Romantic Mauves--that's one of my favorites. And the bronze shade from the Tahitian Turquoise quad, that's another fave. It's a pity that Tahitian Turquoise was just a special offer last summer, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat."
