"These palettes often outdo their department store counterparts, and I have usually been really impressed. I got "fresh cut greens" and "Caribbean sunset" and I have different opinions on them.
"Fresh cut greens" I didn't care for. It comes off chalky, light, and I don't care for the colors. It doesn't stay well. However, my sister loves this quad, so maybe this is just me.
"Caribbean sunset" embodies everything I love about these quads. Be aware that the colors are darker than they appear on the website. Even though the teal and orange are a little dark for me, I LOVE the brownish olive colors! They look gorgeous, stay on all day without primer, and go on perfect every time."

"This is a good staple in my make-up kit. Even better if you get it on sale. I do use my own make-up brush for application in the crease of the eye because the sponge applicator is not as precise."

"I'm a make-up junkie, I have rubbermaid totes filled with make-up...what can I say, I'm addicted. However, I still haven't found an eyeshadow pallet that I LOVE and would purchase over and over again, until I used this one. Colors last all day, goes on true to color. I hate it when eyeshadow looks a certain way, but goes on a different color or much lighter than it should. Will be purchasing these from now on. Just ordered 5 more pallets in different colors! "I've bought this product before and have been struck by its quality. The colors cover well, and do not rub off during the day. Also, there is no creasing. As an older woman, I appreciate a shadow without sparkles that I can use for contouring rather than to attract attention."

"Bought this all excited to get, but then I got it tried it and hated it...the color is sooooo light ( i got the blushing raisin) you can't even see it! Used it once and threw it away! Don't bother trying. The compact is pretty so guess that's worth one star. Only good thing is at least the credit is so easy with Avon and they are so nice bought it."

"This quad includes all the colors you need to achieve a soft smokey eye. The colors are more of a grey/brown hue. I was looking for warmer tones as they go better with the color of my skin and would LOVE if they featured such a set. This quad is PERFECT if you're looking for more grey than red in the browns; for me I just brush on a little extra red/brown for the desired look. Comes out wonderful! One stop eye shop!"
