"If the applicator were different, I would probably give this product a 4. The packaging is HORRIBLE - and I find the product often clogs. A little on the pricey side for the amount you get. There has to be a better way for this one!!!"

"I have been using this product for about a week and noticed a difference the first time I used it. I agree that the step 2 should be larger because i will run out of that sooner. I use step 2 at night all over my under eye are and on just my crows feet for day along with an under eye cream. I got this product at demo price but will definitely pay full price for it!"

"I love the concept.. but I too hate the packaging. I can see where they are going with this because I have been seeing a lot of "spatula" packaging on upscale products. I understand it is better to use when applying creams around your eyes than using your fingers. I had minor crows feet and can say this has made a difference on the ones at the corner of my eye, they are basically gone. I do have a line under my eye that it has not helped and I was really hoping for that. It is a nice, smooth cream, and when you use the 3x/week prep, you can really feel it working. If you have crow's feet, you will not be disappointed, but Avon, please change the packaging! : )"

"My first complaint is the way this applicator is supposed to be used. You are given equal amounts of product. Step 1 is to be used 3x a week. Step 2 is to be used 2x daily. You're going to be out of Step 2 way before Step 1 if you wanted to keep using this product. I have been using it faithfully for 3 weeks and haven't noticed any change. I don't understand the complaints about the packaging as far as being hard to use. I haven't had any problems. For the price though, I certainly don't think this product it worth buying."

"I bought this product for my mother. She had seen the TV ads and was looking forward to trying it. The tubes are really difficult to get the product out and the instruction came in such fine print that my 50 year old mother could not read them.
She said she likes the product but the packaging is such a pain it makes it to hard for her to use. She said she would buy it again IF they changed the packaging the a part jar set up & included a little application stick for part 1 with the bumps. It would make application easier for everyone. Also, instructions need to be included in bigger print with the item."

"The product itself is wonderful...it not only helped with the lines, but I've found that I have to use a whole lot less concealer under my eyes to hide my dark circles now! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the tube is ridiculous. Not only do you run out of the leave-on cream WAY before the 3x a week side, but when you try to take either tube out to use it, the top comes off completely, or, if it doesn't, it is really difficult to get any of the cream out of it. At first I thought I just had a defective tube, but I am on my 3rd one now and I still have the same problems."

"Avon needs to review this product as I don't think it was "user friendly" tested before promoting. Most of the product has been squeezed out all over my bathroom mirror or sink. It takes a magician to get it out of the tube and then when you force it out it squirts all over the place. I've been using a week and not much difference. The product may work, but it's a waste because they didn't make it easy to use. I would not buy again."

"I didn't notice too much of a difference after a couple of days but within a week there was noticeable improvement around the eye area. My crows feet were alot less prominent and the lines under my eyes were lessened a bit also. The cream part is so silky going on. It feels wondeful but it would be beneficial to add more product to that part of the system since it's used more often than the other step. And the packaging needs to be changed a bit due to the difficulty of having to squeeze the tube hard enough to get the product out but otherwise it's a great product overall. It does help diminish the lines in the eye area significantly. I would definitely recommend."

"I am 29 and just starting to see the effects of aging so I wasn't sure what this product would do for me. I don't really have crow's feet but just a slight line. However, I must say this product worked great to diminish some of the lines under my eyes and to brighten my circles. I ran out of my trial and now I'm DYING for more! My only complaint is that I wish the lotion portion was larger. It is so rich and luxurious! I use it with the Force extra eye cream and I love them both!"
