"This product is...interesting. I like the scent of the sea salts, but the scent of algae is a bit much, and comes across a little 'old' smelling. Using the hair mask, though, a small dollop used will melt right into your hair, and the results left me with smooth, soft tresses. If you can ignore the algae smell, it's worth it."

"I was very pleased with this product. It left my hair nice and soft, but also stronger which is what I need! I get highlights in my hair all the time so I'm always looking out and trying new hair masks to find the perfect one, and this ones great. I use it once or twice a week and thats really all you need. It's a pretty interesting textur too. It's almost like a gel but It instantly melts to your hair and makes it nice and soft. Pretty cool. I would definetly re-buy it!"

"I tried this product and have mixed reviews; it is difficult to rinse out and equally long to blow dry my thick hair afterwards. I would recommend this to ONLY those with fine, limp hair who need A LOT of product to style and add thickness. This only worked for me when I was going to wear my hair "up" for the day as it did provide some additional controllability. It felt like I had left a lot of styling gel in my hair! Smells awesome but I do prefer the olive hair mask much better."

"This product is garbage. I have long, mid back length thick hair. I got 2 worthless uses out of this product. Both times were miserable. It smells pretty good, but did nothing as far as conditioning my hair goes. The worst part was trying to brush my hair out after wards; I just couldn't. The flat iron was even out of the question after my hair was dry. I pulled out so much of my hair from brushing & the flat iron after using this product! Bring back the African Shea hair mask because that's a product that actually worked!"

"I would like to thank LKFS and MiJul for their reviews on this Planet Spa Greek Seas Conditioning hair mask. It did everything they said it would. I gotta say though, at first when I applied it, I felt like I was slathering hair gel all through my wet hair. Even when I rinsed and towel-dried my hair it had a "dry feeling" to it. I thought "Oh great. This is gonna leave my hair extra dry looking and feeling." But actually, as soon as my hair was completely dry from taking a shower, my hair was soft, healthy looking, shiny, volume was doubled, and it was left strong and clean vs. feeling limp and lifeless. This conditioning mask totally amped up everything for my hair. I love it. I may try the olive oil mask next; but I know I'll continued to purchase this; NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!"

"I am an avon rep. and I am usually very pleased with my purchases. This product however wasn't worth the money. It came in a very small bottle and in order to get all of my hair covered by the thick gel I needed to use half of the bottle at once. Granted I have thick hair but it is only shoulder length. I love the smell but other than that I was very disappointed. Only give this a chance is you have fine, short hair."

"This mask is the best conditioner that I have used. My hair is very fine and most conditioners leave it limp and oily looking however, not using a conditioner leaves my hair in tangles and dry looking. It is has been difficult to get the results I want: clean, shiny, strong hair that does not feel or look oily. This mask does the perfect job. Each hair shaft feels stronger; my hair looks satiny and healthy, is manageable, and attractive either set or allowed to air dry. I recommend this product to all of my friends and family – particularly those with fine or fair hair."

"This hair mask is so great not what i expected it to be but ended up being more than i wanted.I was looking for something that would take away my frizzies as in i would use hair product and my "crown" or "halo" was bad looking i was thinking of cutting off all my hair just to be able to start over agiani had tried using frizzie cream but i did not really have typical frizzies. i ran out to day and smy hair looks so bad i need more but am waiting on an order :( Strongly suggest this to anyone thinking about using it !!!!!"

"I thought this product was just ok. It did make my hair shiny and it definitely had more volume than usual, but it did not leave it silky smooth like a creamy deep conditioner would. I have fine hair that tangles easily so needless to say my hair was a tangled mess by the end of the day. I will continue to use the rest of the bottle to see if I can find a way to use it with a conditioner so my hair is soft and silky too but will not be purchasing it again. The smell was just ok to me as well... it is kinda like a cross between seaweed and cucumber in my opinion."

"This product does smell amazing, and it might have been repairing the damage in my hair, but it did not leave it soft and silky. It is a thick gel, not a creamy conditioner. I have long, fine, thin, easily-tangled, damaged hair. I will try the Planet Spa Olive Oil hair mask next - it has very good reviews."

"For some reason I am in love with the smell of the new greek seas line. It is very fresh, not too strong, and quite calming. I think it reminds of something from my past. This conditioning mask is really nice. It has helped somewhat with my flyaway hair, but the conditioning aspect leaves a little to be desired with my thick and sometimes quite tangly hair."
