"The wax was good in removing the hair, but any wax remaining on your skin doesn't come off. I don't know how to get it off - I tried soap, warm water, and oil. I'm just going to throw it away because it's too messy and sticky. Not worth the trouble. I wish it washed off, or had something to get it off since it was good in removing the hair and not too expensive."

"I love this product. I used it on my armpits and it worked wonderful. I let my hair grow out and then used this and i have noticed my hair has not grown back in some spots...it has been about 3 weeks!!!! Works great! Will buy again. I wish they would sell re-fills of the cloth strips."

"This stuff is fabulous. I got sick of going to the salons and then going back the next day when I discovered they still had not removed it all. I now have it down to a science. I put the container on a paper plate when I put it in the microwave and I use a plastic knife that I can throw away each time. I have also bought the cheapest rubber gloves in the grocery store to avoid wax sticking to my fingers. I then throw them in the washer and use again. I also put tin foil on the bathroom sink and then scoop up the paper plate, the plastic knife and the strips and throw them away. you definitely get better each time you use it. when I think of how much money I would spend each month at the salon, I cringe. Enjoy!"

"I am so disappointed in this was kit. It is very sticky and hard to work with. It pulls off leaving sticky residue behind that will only come off after using oil. It left large red swollen patches on my face. The old wax kit was SO MUCH BETTER. You didn't have to use the cloth strips, it came off clean and was easy to work with. Bring back the old kit, it is a much better product."

"I have been using this product for the past 4 years and it is great. I found it to be messy too. Try using a popsicle stick. It worked really well and didn't make as much of a mess. I even put the stick in the microwave with the wax to clean it off. But careful not too long or it will burn."

"This wax actually does what it's supposed to do. It delivers salon results. I've been waxing at home now for about a year and this is the best product I've come across so far.
The wax is incredibly hard to clean off of things - including you and your fingers. I put an old sheet on the floor underneath me before I start to wax so none gets on the tile.
Please, please - make a strip refill available for purchase separately!"

"I'm still a little on the fence about this one. Although, I think my indecision has more to do with if I really want to do my own waxing at home. I heated it in the microwave but I think next time I'll try the pot of water like the instructions also recommend so it will stay pliable longer. I tried it on my lip first- it got hairs I couldn't even see! It was messy, but it is wax after all. I tried some on my legs too, and that seemed to be easier to do than my lip. I'm going to keep using it until I really get the hang of it. If Avon were to ask me what they could do to improve this product I would say make the container the wax is in a little bigger so when you mix it up it isn't so easy for it to spill out."
