"I did not see any change after 2 weeks. I think the applicator is a gimmick. Have used Avon for over 50 years and this is the 1st product I did not like or recommend."

"I have been using this for about 2 months on my eyelids and under my eyes before bedtime. I also use ANEW Eyelift on my eyelids in the morning. I am 72. For years my eyelids have been drooping. One of my friends recently told another friend that she thought I had had my eyes done!! I guess this product is working pretty well."

"I've used the Platinum products from the very beginning. I've always had good skin, but like other's I have my trouble spots. I'm 74 years old and have the lines from my mouth and lines above my lips and some below my lips. My skin is great but as I said above I do have my trouble spots. Except for the things I mentioned,, my skin is wrinkle free. I have to admit I'm not regular insofar as applying the treatments but I'm trying to do better. I love the Platinum line and will continue using it."

"I have been around smokers all my life. Even though I have never smoked myself I still have the lines on my upper lip. This product really works at minmizing those lines. Those lines can really make you look a lot older than you are."

"I'm not sure what to make of this product. The contents are very thick and the smell is odd. I haven't really noticed any improvement. I will be contacting Avon about this."

"I thought I found the Ultimate Eye Treatment. So bummed this was not the one. It has a great thick texture, However, once dry it gummed up and flaked off. Very disappointing. I will continue searching for just the right product."

"The first time I ordered this, I assumed I must've rec'vd the 1 bad apple in the bunch. The cream was so thick it just would not absorb into the skin unless I rubbed it in for minutes - not good for the delicate eye area! And then adding my concealor on top of it, just made it a 'pilling'/peeling' hot mess under the eyes. I called Avon and explained the problem, and they to exchanged it immediately, (great custoemr service, thank you Avon!). However, after giving the replacement a chance, not only did I have the same problem, but the skin around my eyes became worse, lines were even more pronounced due to dryness and flakiness caused by the product. Not sure if this is due to a bad batch, or perhaps I'm allergic to something in the ingrediants? (Though I would assume the cream not dissolving into the skin easily has nothing to due with allergies?) In any case, I still love Avon and am looking forward to trying the new Genics eye cream when it becomes available."

"I could tell after the first use that puffiness diminished under my eyes. My lips feel softer but I can't seem to find any product to fully restore moisture in my lips. It does fill in small lines around lips nicely. I wil continue to use this product. I'm 39 with fair skin"

"I bought this to use ON my lips which are perpetually rough. After a couple of overnight applications, I could scrub my lips clear of the flaky patches. However, continued use was a problem as it seemed too much skin was coming off, leaving my lips sore. So I moved on to the area ABOVE my lips and it was here that I got a wonderful surprise. That area is heavily lined due to a combination of age and many years of smoking (long ago in another life, LOL) After about a week of using it, the lines were much less defined and, therefore, less noticeable. I continued using it and eventually plateaued and now use it just a few times a week for maintenance. I'm using something else around my eyes that I'm happy with so I haven't tried it there."

"I am 65+. This product has definitely improved the lines both above and below my lips making them less deep and less noticible . My lip area was the major reason for ordering this product. I'm quite happy with the results. I have just recently begun using it on the eye area and already can see an improvement. It's easy to use and goes a long way - well worth your investment."

"Too expensive to be this bad! I would love to have used this very expensive product. However, it dried out before I could even use it. I decided to use up the eye creams I had before I began to use it so I could see the full effects of the whole system together so I waited a few weeks. When I first opened it and tried to spread it on my face it was hard as a rock. I am still trying to work up the nerve to call Avon and return it but I have a heart condition and not supposed to have stress and that is all I get whenever I try to return things, so probably will just eat it, which makes me very angry. This was not on sale when I purchased it."

The Worst!

"I'm 53 and needed a cream to gently moisturize but tackle the under eye bags/discoloration. Although I love most Avon products, this cream was disastrous! My eyes became itchy, swollen, irritated and teared all day. Afterwards, I had to use a hydrocortisone cream just to calm down the inflammation. I tried to use it again four days later just to be sure and unfortunately it happened again. I was very disappointed :-("
