"I LOVE this product! It removes all my hair. Have to admit, it does stink when applied at first but odor wears off and it's messy too. I'll try the shower off product. But all in all, it does the job for me!"

"I could never use hair removers , because I would get a rash that took weeks to clear up, so I just shaved. But when you get old it is hard to shave, so I decided to try Avons product, and I was very impressed. No rash. I love it, and I have recommended it to others. I will buy more of this product. The odor is no worse than dying your hair, or getting a perm. The odor was not offensive."

"I know this has not been recommended for the sensitive facial area, however, I have very coarse facial hair and there have not been many products that can remove it completely. Veet used to have a wonderful sensitive formula cream for facial hair removal, but they discontinued it in this country. I had to order it from a drugstore in Canada and I paid hefty shipping costs. I began using the Fresh and Smooth cream and it works just fine. I keep it on about 7-8 minutes and it removes all of the hair. I do not recommend anyone else trying this, but this product gets the job done for me and takes little time."

"I have very coarse hair on my legs from shaving for many years. This product was very effective for me. It did not smell good--but it did not smell as strong as some depilatories I have tried. It didn't really have much of a smell at all.
I can't give it 5 stars, though, because I found it extremely hard to read the directions on the tube. The print was so small that I could not read it even with my glasses on. I had to actually use jeweler's loupe to decipher the tiny print.. Seems to me that directions and warnings on a depilatory should be easy to read."

"I'm curious if they changed formula when they changed packaging? It didn't work at all. I used only Avon hair removal since it was the only thing that worked but I am very displeased with the last purchase. I followed directions and left it on longer than suggested but it didn't remove much hair at all. Both me and my daughter had the same results. She likes the lotion better. I haven't tried it yet."

"I bought this product because Im pregnant and have a hard time shaving my legs and Im sick of paying to get my legs waxed.
Before applying product I washed my legs and dried them off very well. *you should apply these products to clean skin only for best results*
I followed instructions as to how to apply and I did leave it on for about 4-5mins. I used a washcloth in the shower to remove product.
Afterwards I used a very light GENTLE soap to remove anything that might have still been left on skin.
THE END RESULT: This product did a better job than I would ever shaving and it did just as well as a job as getting my legs waxed!!!
I will be stocking up on this product...Love it and the smell goes right away too!
Just an FYI: DO NOT PUT ANY LOTION OR PRODUCTS ON YOUR SKIN AFTERWARDS FOR AT LEAST A FEW HOURS and do not apply over any areas of the skin that are super sensitive or any cuts :-)"

"you have to keep this on for 2 to 2 and a half minutes and sometimes even longer and i couldn't stand the smell long enough to keep it on for 1 minutes so i am not sure if the product works, tho the smell thankfully didn't stick around long after I washed it off. Glad I got this on sale because it went right into the trash."
