"So I probably should have read some reviews before I purchased this eyeliner, but I figured "diamonds" meant the eyeliner was shimmery--I was definitely wrong. I have this eyeliner in black and gray, but I've only tried the gray so far. It is gray with little flecks of silver glitter. I put it on without noticing, and when I got in my car on the way to work, I kept seeing shiny dots in my eyelashes! I looked in the mirror and HOLY MOLY--this eyeliner is a lot like a glitter crayon for your face. It would be good for a dramatic look for a night out on the town, but not so much for a Wednesday at the office for an attorney...."

"I've purchased the Diamonds eyeliner in several colors, but so far have only used the "emerald" one - I like it because it complements green eyes - I also like the fact that the pencil doesn't have to be sharpened because I have found all of those type eye liners to be too hard on my eyelids - I'll definitely purchase this product again."

"I bought the brown sugar color because i thought the shimmer would be really rich and nice. It just was plain old brown eyeliner. The shimmer was so slight it wasnt noticable. I wish they sold the UK AVon products here in this country. Their supershock eye liner pencil is fantastic."
