"Purchased for girlfriend for Christmas. First time ordering anything from AVON. Opened box prior to wrapping and found one of the stones in the earring was missing. It apparently came unglued and I found it in the box. Also purchased two other Avon jewelry products and neither looked nearly as good as it did online. Returned all three pieces. Customer service was great in dealing with the return."
