"I like this necklace a lot. It's different, & yes the pendant is big but it's nice."

"ok maybe for my grandmother. I am in my fifties and would not likely wear this. Also for the price it should be real stones and at least real silver, and the chain is very short."

Pretty necklace - charm is a big large
Date:February 18, 2014
"This is a striking necklace. However, the necklace charm is bigger than I am used to wearing. I knew this when I purchased it because it was modeled and the necklace charm is quite a bit bigger than the earrings, so I wasn’t surprised. I bought the earrings also and they are very pretty.
The earrings are actually a good necklace size for me, so what I did was simply replace the necklace charm with an earring. You can’t separate the earring's charm from the earring part, but because they are lever-back, you can thread the whole earring onto the chain and you can’t tell that you’re wearing an earring around your neck. It hangs nicely.
If you really like the charm but can’t envision yourself wearing such a large necklace, I recommend just buying the earrings and putting one on the silver chain from an Avon necklace that you already have; it’ll save you money.
I don’t know if I will keep the necklace; I probably will, for convenience sake. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the charm's size. Otherwise, it is a very colorful, striking, and versatile piece. And if I ever do wear the large charm, I will wear it with a pair of tiny earrings or no earrings at all, so the necklace is not competing with whatever’s hanging on my ears."
