"I absolutely love this product! I was amazed at how dirty my skin still was even after washing it with my high brand cleanser. This product takes off every little trace of dirt while leaving my face nice and soft. It doesn't sting and it has improved the clarity of my skin. I will not go to bed without using this product along with my favorite Mark moisturizer. The only downside to it is the smell which is pretty strong but it doesn't matter because I will forever keep using it. Thank you Avon, this rocks!"

"It works! I've been using it for almost a month now; although it doesn't completely remove my blackheads, it significantly reduces their appearance and banishes oil. As the label says, use only in the troubled areas, as it is quite strong and may cause redness. I only use it on my nose."

"I have been using this toner for so many years and it is the best! I have a very oily T-zone and must use a toner to combat the grease. This is also effective on blackheads, which I have too, and gives you a fresh clean face afterwards. Takes off all traces of makeup too, after I wash with the Planet Spa Rose Cleanser.( which is also great) I use it all year round and have even tried other kinds, but I have never used a toner that does the job like this one! Your skin will feel so clean and shine free with this product! My son uses the cleansing pads, more convenient for him, no cotton balls! He can't use anything else!"

"Maybe I haven't been using long enough to give a really good review, but I can say that it does keep oil at bay. I do not use this product everyday, for fear that my face will become irritated or super dry, but I use about every other day. I've been using about a week. I use it more for prevention rather than to treat acne. I don't really have breakouts, just get a couple here and there. Every once in a while I'll get a really big one, so I'm hoping by starting a skincare regimen those will be a thing in the past. So far so good. It does keep oil at bay. I have normal skin, but an oily t-zone and it definitely takes away all that oil. Afterwards, my entire face just feels normal, not irritated or dried out. But for those that don't have very oily skin, I'd recommend every other day or less frequent to avoid drying or irritation. My only complaint is that the smell is pretty harsh and when I rub product near my eyes, it burns a little and makes my eyes water! I use this along with the Clearskin Immediate Response Cleanser and Mark ShineFighter Mask and sometimes the Clearskin Immediate Response Spot Treatment and have noticed an improvement in my skin, it looks a lot healthier."

"Avon does it again...they've come out with yet another product that does exactly what it says! This is an excellent astringent. It removes the extra dirt that cleansers leave behind leaving your face feeling extra clean and refreshed. I'd had a couple of stubborn blackheads on my face for many months and tried several products to try and get rid of them but nothing worked. However, after just a few days use of the Clearskin Astringent, they were gone! I was amazed! Not to mention it shrinks existing pores and after the first use, your face feels and looks very smooth and with continued use, mine has stayed that way. This is the best! I will definitely buy again!"

"I will not lie, this toner does sting. If you have sensitive or dry skin, I would recommend choosing a different toner. I have combination skin that is not overly sensitive, and I find that this product works great for me. As I mentioned earlier, it stings for a moment when it is first applied, then leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed. I do not use any other products containing acne fighting ingredients after using this product because I am afraid my face might get irritated. I like to mix acne fighting cleansers with anti-aging moisturizers anyway. This is the best toner I have ever used by far."

"I have only been using this product for a few weeks. I was very skeptical about using the product, but everyone gave it such rave reviews. "I have always had a problem with blackheads and large pores on my nose and this is the ONLY product I have ever used that gave me instant results. I did however use the mark Go With The Grain Light Exfoliating Beads with the mark Calming Effect Comforting Milk Cleanser before I used this product. Not sure if it was this product alone or a combination of all of them, but I am more than amazed with the results. Instantly it seemed like my nose was smooth and my pores shrunk. I already got my older brother (he has the same skin problem) hooked on this stuff too!"

"I bought this when I ran out of the clearskin pads and I'm glad I did! This astringent doesn't dry out my skin like astringents normally do and it reduced the size my breakouts almost immediately. My pores also looked smaller after a couple of uses. It also doesn't smell as harsh as astringents normally do, which is a nice change. I definitely recommend this, especially in use with the clearskin acne facewash."
