"I am giving this product a 4 instead of a 5 because too much seems comes off the ball at a time. Other than that, I LOVE this product. Strong menthol smell dissipates quickly. (Great if you have morning congestion!) I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery, and it is great for loosening sore muscles. I will order this forever!"
