"I have been using this product since the mid-70s, without exception, and my worst fear is that Avon will no longer carry it! I cannot even count the number of times that people have asked what it is I wear, presuming it must be some exotic line. Even men have wanted the name to buy some for their significant others. Whether it is the first thing in the morning, or in a parking lot after a long day's work, the compliments keep coming. At this point, I guess Candid is just in my bloodstream! Thank you, Avon."

"unfortunately, that's the best i can say... it is REALLY thick and heavy... makes me want to sneeze and i LOVE perfume and collect them. but unfortunately this one is too strong for me. if you like strong cologney perfumes then it's definitely for me but unfortunately not for me. i'm more of a floral, sweet or musk kind of person this one is just very heavy."

"I have been using this perfume since I was in my 20's and I still get compliments. This is the only perfume I will wear and people always compliment me on "you smell terrific what are you wearing?". I tell them Candid from Avon, they can't believe it.
Please continue to sell this product I don't know what I would do if it was discontinued."

"I love Candid cologne. The name "Candid" describes me quite well, as I always endeavor to present myself to others in the most honest manner possible. "I have used this Candid scented products since it first came out years ago & still love it today. "Outstanding fragrance! Perfect for the office, weekend, evening, and daytime. It is timeless and stylish for all ages. I own many of those famous high end fragrances. As a perfume collector and creator of my own blends, trust me when I say "TRY IT". People compliment me more for Candid than those other expensive brands. This cologne is not over powering. "I have worn Candid for many many years! I CONSTANTLY get compliments, usually on a daily basis, about how nice the fragrance is on me. I truly feel that it mixes well with my personal body chemistry! Over the years I have tried numerous other perfumes and colognes that were, quite frankly, more expensive but NEVER got complimented! Not only is it a beautiful fragrance, but it lasts and lingers throughout the day and evening. It is lasts but is not heavy or overwhelming. Everyone should give it a try!"
